Operation Diet: Day 1

Consumed: 1 "kung chai" peng, 4 lemon biscuits, 1 semi boiled egg, 1 cut strip of papaya, 20 degrees of cut watermelon, 1 serving of egg, apple and butterhead salad with low fat mayonaisse, 1/2 cup of soya bean, 250mL of low fat yoghurt drink, 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of tea, 2 litres of water.

I think it looks like I ate too much. Feeling abit depressed due to the lack of sugar. Some people think i looked pale, some thought i was upset with something. I'm just low on sugar.

Nope I'm not overdoing it...I'm fine.
Perfectly fine.

But it's not going to help to hear of people going for pizza on thursday. I'll settle for cream cheese stuffed crust AFTER 58kg

Now i have a sudden craving for Mrs. Fields...s***
